We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible while ensuring your fragrance is packaged safely and securely.

Processing time

• Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
• During busy periods (launches, promotions, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Typical estimated delivery times:
• United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
• Europe: 4–10 business days
• International: 7–20 business days

Please note these are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs, or peak seasons.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping option.

Tracking

If tracking is available for your order, you will receive a tracking link by email once your parcel has been dispatched.

Packaging

All perfumes are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:
• the outer packaging
• the product inside
• the shipping label

Incorrect address / failed delivery

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we may need to charge an additional shipping fee to resend it.

Customs & import fees (International orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
