At DonaTale Parfume, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, please contact us and we’ll help as quickly as possible.
We aim to resolve all customer issues quickly and fairly.
Returns & exchanges
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used fragrance products.
Unopened items may be eligible for return only if they are:

unused and unopened

in their original packaging

returned within 14 days of delivery
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

your order number

clear photos of the item and packaging
We will offer a replacement or a refund where appropriate.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
